Recent String Of Bicycle Accidents Called Completely Preventable

A recent string of bicycling accidents have occurred in the Inland Empire over the past couple weeks.  Two men were hit by cars while bicycling outside of Temecula, leaving one of the men injured and killing the other, and another man was killed while riding his bicycle in Lake Elsinore.  All three of these accidents have occurred in the first two weeks of August.  In all three cases, the California Highway Patrol have said the fault lies with inattentive drivers.  CHP officer Joe Zagorski said these accidents demonstrate, “the importance of drivers remaining focused on the task of driving and the road ahead of them.”  He also called the accidents completely preventable and stated that they should not have happened.  If you or someone you know has been injured in a bicycle accident, contact attorney Gary G.
